The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered with my order placed through teleflora.com. Called to see what the problem was (I was never rude or unkind) and rudely was asked to never do business with them again, instead of seeing if we could resolve the issue and we could get the flowers we ordered and paid for. Nope! Rude and unprofessional, never delivered the flowers, called and hung up on my father. If you want quality and professionalism, don't look here. Family owned and operated doesn't exactly say much for these folks. How embarrassing for them.

Ordered through teleflora. These folks could not find delivery location, then called and said it was too far, when tried to discuss, they hang up. Called back nicely to see if we could still work something out, rudely told us to never to business with them again. I was shocked. Worst customer service ever. My $ spent, no flowers delivered and my phone ear feels so violated. I believe in being professional and curtious no matter what, but this was just the rudest group I have ever experienced. I recommend you do NOT do business with these people.
